Shipping and Returns
Orders placed with The Japanese Paper Place Reserve (hereinafter referred to as "The JPP Reserve") are shipped via Canada Post; tracking information will be provided.
We do not accept returns on any purchases, except in the case of error by The JPP Reserve in processing your order, or damage caused during shipping.
At The JPP Reserve, we are mindful of shipping costs and do our best to ensure the best options are observed for shipping to our customers. We pack all orders with the utmost care and attention to product protection—just wait until you open that first box!
In-store Pickup
When your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email notification.
To make your pickup smooth and easy, please bring either:
- Your order number, or
- A copy (digital or printed) of the “Ready for Pickup” email.
Your order will be held for 10 business days from the date of notification. Orders not claimed after 10 days may be subject to cancellation, with a refund issued minus a 20% cancellation fee.
Please note:
Most paper orders, designated for in-store pickup, are rolled and wrapped in kraft paper for protection. Once the order leaves our store, we are not responsible for any damage during transport.
