Kurotani #53 is handmade in the oldest continuous papermaking village in Japan, where they have been making paper for over 800 years. Dyed a smoky apricot dolour, this heavy paper is very strong and has a smooth surface. Wonderful for relief printing and book covers. Heritage Washi (HW).
